So We accept return or exchange once you receive the hair products but dissatisfy with details ,when you accept our Return/Exchange policy below:

  • Exchange or return must be applied within 30days.
  • The hair hasn’t been worn, cut, damaged or washed.
  • Please keep the original packaging when ship back.
    •Customers needs to pay the shipping fee unless the product is shipped incorrectly or with flaw.
    •The original shipping fee for this order will be not refunded.
    •We cannot promise the full refund until the next business day when the order is placed, it may take 5-7days to complete.
