    I ordered these extensions as I am a level 10 blonde and wanted to try out the calico hair trend without coloring my actual hair. I have had extensions in the past as well as being a licensed cosmetologist. I ordered the jet black and the dark burn colors. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the extensions as they are on the more affordable side. Sectioning is key when installing tape in extension and also making sure you are installing on clean and 100% dry hair.

    I installed some by doubling up the extension (one on top and one on bottom) I also did a few with just 1 and putting single sided tap on the bottom. These lasted for 4 weeks before I took them out and reinstalled due to the natural growth of my hair. Anyone looking for a more affordable option to extensions or just wanting to add some fun colors, I highly recommend these.

    I actually really love these, so far. They were super easy to install. I had a friend help me after we watch a YouTube video. Dyeing them to match my hair was also super easy & they took well to the color. I only need to used half the package for my hair since I have a mullet type haircut, but they blend well with my hair. I didn’t really need to cut them to blend them in. I only needed to trim the ends. I have been wearing them for over a week now. I have only washed them once while wearing them, but they still feel nice. I haven’t experienced very much matting/tangling in the back near my neck or anything with them either. That’s happened with other extensions I’ve tried. Might update at the end of the 6-8 week period if wearing them.

How to Use

STEP 1

Sectioning

se a rat-tail comb to make a horizontal part from mid-ear to mid-ear. Next, secure all hair
above mid-ear into a high ponytail or with clips.

STEP 2

Create A Foundation

To create a secure foundation for the clips, gently backcomb the hair one inch from your
scalp. You can also use dry shampoo or hair spray to create a more secure foundation.

STEP 3

Clip Them In

Choose a 2-clip or 3-clip weft and gently open each clip. Then, bring the clips into the
foundation and close them. We recommend leaving a ½-1″ perimeter of natural hair around
your hairline for more comfort.

STEP 4

Repeat Your Sectioning

As you move towards the top of your head, keep clipping in the wefts row by row. Separate
each row with 1-3 inches of natural hair. Once you reach the widest section of your hair, use
whichever wefts will fully cover the foundation.

STEP 5

Remaining Wefts

Use the remaining 2-clip wefts on the sides of your head, placing them about four fingers

    I ordered the dark auburn color in 20 inches & they literally came a light red. Super disappointing bc they didn’t match my hair or my other extensions at all. Had to dye them but even after putting a level 4 brunette over them, they still pull very red. I just needed one pack to fill in the front parts of my hair around the face as I had A ton of breakage a few months ago up front. If you want a full head to add volume and length youre gonna need probably 6 packs at least depending on the density of your natural hair.
    The hair quality is good. I was able to color them with no issue other than pulling really red. But no shedding when washing. The thickness is just ok, could be better bc they’re a little thinner towards the bottom. The durability is questionable. I’ve had about half of them stay in really well and the other half of them I’ve already had slip out and not want to restick. Thankfully they give you a tiny sheet of replacement tapes but Ive already used those up replacing the ones that have fallen out and I haven’t even had them in for a week yet and haven’t even washed them so we either.
    So..overall they’re ok. But definitely could be much better.

    The hair is very nice and silky. Upon arrival that part I really really loved, and the ease of putting them in.
    Remember when putting them in to use a very good clarifying shampoo, don’t condition your hair to prevent slippage. I have baby fine hair I’m looking for length and a little bit of volume, I just took out my Professionally Keratin bonded extensions that I’ve been using for the past years but last girl that did them caused my hair to break by using to large of bonds and placing incorrectly into my fine hair as they were hurting-pulling – breaking off
    I decided to take them out and not put them back in because it’s very costly to professionally have it done and then when somebody screws up and causes your hair to break up 3 to 4 inches it’s not good.

    The quality is great. I have purchased ( Im guessing ) a total of about 20 boxes of these and they are consistently amazing quality. They are so affordable I just buy new extensions every time. I am also lazy and I don’t want to retape them. I have taken the time to retape a set and it was easy, but just time consuming to get all of the old tape off. Make sure you have quality tape glue remover. As long as you keep them hydrated down the ends , they stay healthy looking and feeling. I buy 3 boxes usually . I have thinner hair so 3 boxes adds volume and length for me . You CAN tone and dye them to match your natural hair. I am always able to match perfectly. The bottoms are also NOY thinned out , they maintain consistent the whole length of the extension .
